"Pfwew! I didn't have to buy a place all the way up in Everett - you can't even find it on a map!!" is my guess for the bubble over Craig's head. Or maybe "Man, I ate too many cherries - my stomach!". I can't anything personally on the whole Everett front as someone who is about to move there myself. E-town, whoo hoo.
