I happened to hear a bit of Dori Monsen's show today on KIRO. Like so many other days, I always swear that I'll never listen to that fool again. That being said, here I am commenting on Monsen and his follower's sheer doofusness.
I say, in response to Dori's rally against raising taxes, or his most recent critisism of Christina Gregoir's campaign promise to not raise taxes, that in fact no taxes should be raised.
Like Dave Ross has said, this is the most appropriate time to let the well run dry. Let's not raise taxes and find out what happens. Let's roll up the carpet of government by a third or one half and find out what Dori and his dori-mights do when shit stops.
The point is. There have been promises made on both sides of the ticket to not raise taxes. The economy is in the crapper already. What could it hurt to just keep the promise that republicans and Dori alike are licking their lips for?
Let's just let it ride and see who asks for new taxes first.
